- 81/2 cup peanut butter
- 92 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 101 tbsp tamarind paste

Make peanut sauce: Blend peanut butter, sweet soy sauce, tamarind paste, garlic, chilies, and warm water until smooth. Adjust water for desired thickness.

Arrange vegetables on a platter: potatoes, green beans, bean sprouts, cabbage, and cucumber in separate sections.
