- 2½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 32 tablespoons soy sauce
- 41 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 52 cloves garlic, minced
- 61 teaspoon sesame oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss with vegetable oil and spread on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, flipping once at the halfway point, until the skin is golden and beginning to crisp.

Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Brush the glaze generously over the drumsticks. Return to the oven for 8–10 more minutes until the glaze is caramelized, sticky, and slightly charred at the edges.
