- 13 cups rolled oats
- 22 large apples, peeled and diced
- 33 cups whole milk
- 42 large eggs
- 5¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 62 tablespoons brown sugar
- 72 tablespoons melted butter
- 82 teaspoons cinnamon
- 9½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10½ teaspoon baking powder
- 11¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 12Pinch of salt
- 13Pecans and extra maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Mix rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2
Whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- 3
Spread diced apples evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the oat mixture over the apples, then pour the milk mixture over everything. Use a fork to gently press the oats into the liquid so everything is evenly moistened.
- 4
Bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes until the oatmeal is set in the center, the top is lightly golden, and the liquid has been absorbed. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean. Serve warm with a handful of pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup. This baked oatmeal reheats beautifully — slice into portions and microwave 2 minutes with a splash of milk.
