- 14 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 21 ripe mango, diced
- 31 jalapeño, minced
- 42 tablespoons honey
- 52 tablespoons soy sauce
- 62 tablespoons lime juice
- 73 cloves garlic, minced
- 81 tablespoon olive oil
- 9½ teaspoon cumin
- 10Salt and black pepper to taste

Blend half the diced mango with honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and olive oil into a smooth marinade. Season chicken with salt and pepper and coat with half the marinade. Marinate 30 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until very hot. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade in the last 2 minutes, until internal temp reads 165°F and char marks are visible.

While chicken cooks, mix the remaining diced mango with jalapeño, a squeeze of lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make a quick salsa.
