- 11.5 lbs 80/20 ground beef
- 2⅓ cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 31 egg
- 43 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 52 cloves garlic, minced
- 61 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 7For glaze: 4 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 cloves garlic minced, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8Salt and pepper to taste
- 9Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Gently mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined — don't overwork. Roll into 24 uniform balls (about 1.5 inches) and arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until browned and cooked through (160°F internal).
- 3
While meatballs bake, make the glaze: combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter and red pepper flakes.

Transfer baked meatballs to a bowl and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Toss to coat every meatball in the sticky, sweet-savory glaze. Serve over rice with sesame seeds and green onions.
