- 14 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
- 2½ cup grated Parmesan
- 3¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 41 teaspoon garlic powder
- 51 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 6½ teaspoon paprika
- 72 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 81 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 10Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for serving

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a shallow dish.

Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on top of each fillet — this acts as the adhesive for the crust.

Press each fillet (coated side down) firmly into the Parmesan mixture. Arrange crust-side up on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily when pressed. The fish is done when it turns from translucent to opaque throughout. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley. This is an incredibly simple weeknight dinner that tastes far more elaborate than it is.
