- 14 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 22 cups green beans, trimmed
- 31 cup cherry tomatoes
- 43 tablespoons honey
- 53 tablespoons soy sauce
- 64 cloves garlic, minced
- 71 tablespoon olive oil
- 81 teaspoon sesame oil
- 9½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 10Lemon slices for serving
- 11Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes for the glaze.
- 2
Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with olive oil. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on one side, green beans and cherry tomatoes on the other. Spoon half the glaze over the salmon.
- 3
Roast at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily (145°F internal), and the green beans are tender with slightly blistered edges. In the last 2 minutes, spoon remaining glaze over the salmon — this double-coating creates a sticky, caramelized finish.
- 4
Plate salmon with the roasted vegetables alongside. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley. The entire meal cooks in one pan in under 30 minutes.
