- 14 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 21 cup heavy cream
- 3½ cup chicken broth
- 4½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 5½ cup grated Parmesan
- 64 cloves garlic, minced
- 71 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown (165°F). Remove and set aside.

Add garlic to the same pan and cook 1 minute. Add chicken broth and scrape up the browned bits. Pour in heavy cream and add sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan. Whisk to combine and bring to a simmer.

Cook the sauce 4–5 minutes until it thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon. The sun-dried tomatoes will plump and infuse the cream with their intense flavor.

Return chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer 3–5 minutes to meld flavors and ensure the chicken is heated through. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes — the sauce is too good to waste.
