- 22 cups broccoli florets
- 31 red bell pepper, sliced
- 41 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 51 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 61 red onion, sliced into wedges

- 81 teaspoon garlic powder
- 91 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 10½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sliced sausage and all vegetables in olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is well-coated.

Spread in a single layer on a large sheet pan — this is the critical rule: if it's crowded, it steams instead of roasting. Use two pans if needed. Place sausage pieces cut-side down so they caramelize on the flat side.

Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, tossing once at the halfway point, until the vegetables are tender with caramelized edges, the sausage is heated through with crispy cut sides, and the whole pan smells incredible.
