- 11.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 22 cups jasmine rice, cooked
- 32 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 43 tablespoons honey
- 52 tablespoons sriracha
- 62 tablespoons soy sauce
- 71 tablespoon lime juice
- 83 cloves garlic, minced
- 91 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 10Salt and pepper to taste
- 11Sesame seeds and lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- 1
Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. Whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl.
- 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat until smoking. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred. The shrimp should look like a 'C' when properly cooked — an 'O' means overcooked.
- 3
Pour the honey sriracha sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat. Cook 1 minute over medium heat until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky and glossy. The sugars in the honey will caramelize slightly.
- 4
Divide rice into 4 bowls and add steamed broccoli. Top with the saucy shrimp and any remaining sauce from the pan. Garnish with sesame seeds and lime wedges.
