- 14 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 21 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 33 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 42 tablespoons soy sauce
- 51 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 62 cloves garlic, minced
- 72 tablespoons olive oil
- 8Salt and black pepper to taste
- 9Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic to make the glaze.
- 2
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of a parchment-lined sheet pan. Arrange asparagus alongside. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season everything with salt and pepper. Spoon the maple glaze generously over the salmon, reserving a few tablespoons.
- 3
Roast at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily when pressed, and the asparagus tips are slightly crispy. Brush the remaining glaze onto the salmon in the last 2 minutes for a sticky caramelized finish.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon before serving. This sheet pan meal requires minimal cleanup and comes together in under 30 minutes start to finish.
