- 12 lbs 90% lean ground beef
- 22.5 cups jasmine rice, dry
- 31 medium onion, diced
- 44 cloves garlic, minced
- 52 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 61 tablespoon soy sauce
- 71 teaspoon garlic powder
- 81 teaspoon onion powder
- 9½ teaspoon black pepper
- 10Salt to taste
- 112 tablespoons olive oil
- 12Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1
Cook jasmine rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened and translucent.
- 2
Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant. Add ground beef, breaking it apart into small crumbles. Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until completely browned and any liquid has evaporated, leaving the beef slightly crispy.
- 3
Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook 2–3 more minutes until the seasonings are absorbed and the beef is deeply savory.
- 4
Divide cooked rice evenly among 5 meal prep containers and top with seasoned ground beef. Garnish with fresh parsley. Refrigerate up to 5 days. Reheat with a splash of water to keep the rice moist.
