- 31 tablespoon lemon juice
- 42 teaspoons garam masala
- 51 teaspoon turmeric
- 61 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 78 small corn tortillas
- 82 cups shredded cabbage
- 91 avocado, sliced

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder. Marinate fish strips for 15–20 minutes. Season with salt. Grill or pan-fry fish in a hot oiled pan for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.

Toss shredded cabbage with a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of salt to make a quick slaw.
