- 18 store-bought or homemade samosas, roughly crushed
- 21 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and sautéed with 1 tsp cumin
- 31.5 cups plain yogurt, whisked smooth
- 43 tablespoons tamarind chutney
- 52 tablespoons green mint-cilantro chutney
- 61 teaspoon chaat masala
- 71/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 81/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 91/4 cup sev
- 10Fresh pomegranate seeds and cilantro

Crush samosas into large irregular pieces and spread them out on a large platter as the base layer.

Scatter the spiced chickpeas over the samosa pieces. Spoon whisked yogurt generously over the top — be very liberal.

Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney in zigzag patterns. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Finish with a shower of sev, pomegranate seeds, and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
