- 14 sea bass or branzino fillets (6 oz each)
- 21 pint cherry tomatoes
- 31/2 cup kalamata olives
- 43 tablespoons capers
- 54 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 64 tablespoons olive oil
- 71/4 cup dry white wine
- 8Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 91 teaspoon dried oregano
- 10Fresh basil for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 9x13 baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic, 3 tablespoons olive oil, wine, lemon juice, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.

Place fish fillets on top of the tomato mixture. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Bake for 18–22 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily. The cherry tomatoes should have burst and created a natural sauce with the wine and olive oil. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with crusty bread or couscous.
