- 12 large naan breads
- 26 oz paneer, cubed
- 31/2 cup plain yogurt
- 41 teaspoon garam masala
- 51 teaspoon paprika
- 61/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 71 red bell pepper, sliced
- 81/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 92 tablespoons mango chutney
- 102 tablespoons olive oil
- 11Fresh cilantro and sliced red onion for topping

Mix yogurt with garam masala, paprika, and turmeric. Toss paneer and bell pepper strips in the marinade and let sit 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F.

Brush naan with olive oil. Spread mango chutney over each naan. Scatter marinated paneer and peppers over the top. Add shredded mozzarella.

Bake for 12–14 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are golden and crisp. Top with fresh cilantro and sliced red onion. Slice and serve immediately.
