- 21 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 31/2 cup cold whole milk
- 42 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 51/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Combine mango pulp, yogurt, cold milk, sugar, cardamom, and salt in a blender. Add ice cubes. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds until completely smooth, frothy, and well combined.

Taste and adjust sweetness — the right balance depends on the mango's natural sweetness. Pour into chilled tall glasses. Garnish with a pinch of saffron or a light dusting of cardamom powder. Serve immediately.
