- 4½ cup fresh lime juice
- 53 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
- 6½ cucumber, seeded and diced
- 7½ red onion, finely diced
- 82 serrano chiles, minced
- 9½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 101 avocado, sliced
- 112 tablespoons ketchup
- 121 tablespoon hot sauce

Make the cocktail sauce: mix ketchup with hot sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and salt.

Combine shrimp, crab, remaining lime juice, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, serranos, and cilantro in a bowl. Toss gently and season with salt. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
