- 14 scoops lemon sorbet
- 24 oz vodka, very cold
- 3Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- 44 small cookies or langue de chat
Instructions

Place a single large scoop of lemon sorbet in each of 4 chilled champagne coupes or wide dessert glasses.

Pour 1 oz of ice-cold vodka directly over each scoop of sorbet at the table — the vodka begins to melt the sorbet slightly and pools around it.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a langue de chat cookie resting against the sorbet. Serve immediately before the sorbet melts.
