    Combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.

    Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne, cumin, and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20–25 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon and the flavors have deepened and melded.
