- 42 tablespoons chia seeds
- 52 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl or directly in two mason jars. Stir until fully combined — the mixture will look thin but will thicken substantially overnight as the oats and chia absorb the liquid.
