- 42 tablespoons Wholegrain Mustard

- 61/4 White Cabbage
- 71/4 Red Cabbage

- 102 sliced Celery

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, mustard and celery salt in a small bowl, then season generously.
