- 11 large Cucumber
- 21 tsp Sugar
- 31 sliced Fennel Bulb
- 4150ml Sour Cream
- 5Juice of 1 Lemon
- 61 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 7Bunch Dill
Instructions

Put cucumber in a sieve. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt and the sugar, then leave for 10 mins. Add fennel.

Mix soured cream, lemon juice, vinegar and dill, then season with black pepper and add to fennel mix.
