- 5Handful Coriander Leaves
- 6Handful Roasted Peanut
- 7Juice of 2 Lime
- 81 tablespoon Ground Nut Oil
- 91 chopped Red Chilli
- 101 tablespoon Brown Sugar

step 1 Tip the carrots, cabbage and onions into a bowl.

Make the dressing by stirring the ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved.
