- 21 chopped Red Pepper
- 31 chopped Red Chilli
- 41 clove peeled crushed Garlic
- 51 teaspoon Sherry vinegar
- 6Juice of 1/2 Lime

step 1 In a blender (or with a stick blender), whizz together the passata, red pepper, chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice until smooth.
