- 11.5 lbs pork shoulder or chicken thighs, cubed
- 23 tbsp olive oil
- 33 tbsp lemon juice
- 43 cloves garlic, minced
- 52 tsp dried oregano
- 61 tsp paprika

- 8Metal or soaked wooden skewers
- 9Pita bread
- 10Tzatziki sauce
- 11Tomato, onion, and lettuce for serving

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss meat cubes in marinade for at least 1 hour.

Thread marinated meat onto skewers.

Grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

Warm pita bread on the grill for 30 seconds per side.

Spread tzatziki on each pita. Add souvlaki meat (slid off skewers), diced tomato, sliced onion, and lettuce.
