- 114 oz paneer, cubed
- 22 tbsp butter
- 31 tbsp oil
- 41 large onion, pureed
- 52 medium tomatoes, pureed
- 61/4 cup cashews, soaked and blended
- 73 cloves garlic, minced
- 81 inch ginger, grated
- 91 tsp cumin powder
- 101 tsp garam masala
- 111/2 tsp turmeric
- 121 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 131/2 cup heavy cream
- 141 tsp sugar

- 16Dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)

Heat oil in a pan. Lightly fry paneer cubes until golden on each side. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter. Add onion puree and cook until golden, about 6-7 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute. Add cumin, turmeric, and chili powder, stir 30 seconds.

Add tomato puree and cook for 8 minutes until thick and oil starts to separate.

Add cashew paste and stir well. Cook 3 minutes.

Add cream, sugar, garam masala, and crushed kasuri methi. Simmer 5 minutes.

Gently fold in paneer cubes. Simmer 3 more minutes. Serve with naan or jeera rice.
